Our History
Founded in 2010 as a family-owned concrete and masonry contractor, 4D Construction has grown steadily by expanding our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our customers. We have added services over the years including fireproofing and flood protection, transforming from a specialty contractor into a versatile construction company capable of supporting a wide range of commercial projects.

Devanand (Dev) Deonarine
President & Chief Executive Officer
Dev Deonarine brings more than 25 years of industry experience to 4D Construction, Inc., with a robust background spanning both public and private sectors. His expertise encompasses a wide range of building and infrastructure projects, supported by a career that includes roles at the New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), URS Corporation, and several prominent general contractors and construction management firms across New York City.
Throughout his career, Dev has held pivotal positions such as Project Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Account Manager, demonstrating leadership and technical proficiency across diverse construction environments.
Prior to joining 4D Construction, he served as President of Reed Drive Construction, a company specializing in concrete and civil works.
Mr. Deonarine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering.
Jose Espaillat
Senior Estimator & Business Development Manager
Jose Espaillat brings 23 years of diverse industry experience to 4D Construction. His background includes key roles with the New York State Department of Transportation, Bechtel Power, Philip Habib & Associates, WSP USA, and the New York City Department of Buildings.
At 4D, Jose leads the estimating team and spearheads the company’s business development initiatives.
Mr. Espaillat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering.
Christal Rampersad
Finance & Accounting Manager
Christal Rampersad has over 14 years of experience. Prior to 4D, Christal was with Reed Drive and Star Management. Ms. Rampersad holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and English.
Michael Yanza
Senior Project & Operations Manager
Michael Yanza has four years of experience spanning project engineering and management. Michael oversees 4D’s pre-construction operations. He is a candidate for a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology.
Aniello Anzalone
Lead Field Superintendent
Aniello (Niel) Anzalone brings over 38 years of experience in concrete, masonry, and exterior work. Prior to 4D, Niel had been at Reed Drive and at Pinnacle Construction, where he functioned as a Mason/Concrete Finisher.
